LIKAS ("LIKAS," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to likas.app, the LIKAS pre-launch waitlist, contact and inquiry forms, and related pages that display this notice.

We only collect information that is necessary to operate the website and waitlist. We do not currently collect more data than is needed for these purposes.

• Information you provide: your name, email address, business or organization name, business type, waitlist and referral information, survey or feedback responses, and inquiries you submit through forms. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) through general forms unless requested.
• Automatically collected technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring pages, visit times, and session information. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details and choices.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Maintain the waitlist and send waitlist, beta, early-access, or launch communications.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support.
• Understand interest in LIKAS and develop and improve our products.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information based on: (a) your consent, for analytics and optional marketing communications; (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the website and waitlist; and (c) compliance with legal obligations. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may reference or link to third-party products and services, and may use third-party infrastructure (such as payment processor Stripe and hosting/email providers). These third parties operate under their own privacy and security practices. A reference, logo, planned integration, or link does not guarantee availability and does not mean the third party endorses LIKAS. When you interact with a third-party service, their privacy policy applies.

8. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. LIKAS does not store your full card numbers or CVVs. Stripe processes payment data under its own compliance standards. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining the waitlist, communicating with prospective users, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Certain information may be retained after a deletion request where permitted or required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to request data portability. You can leave the LIKAS waitlist or unsubscribe from marketing through the preference links in our emails, or by emailing contact@likas.app. We may verify your identity and may limit or decline requests where permitted or required by law.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, and others) may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Availability depends on residence, the information involved, and whether statutory thresholds apply to LIKAS. Where applicable, LIKAS will honor qualifying requests and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

13. Children’s Privacy

LIKAS is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist or pre-launch website. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. International Visitors

LIKAS is currently operated from the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where service providers operate, whose laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

15. Pre-Launch Nature of LIKAS

LIKAS is under development. Features, integrations, pricing, screenshots, descriptions, timelines, and demonstrations may describe planned functionality and should not be interpreted as a promise that a feature or service is currently available or will be released. Privacy practices may evolve as the platform develops.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to LIKAS, our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and may receive additional notice where appropriate or required.
