October 15, 2026Reliability update · In testing

Clearer invoice actions and payment connection status

We improved invoice customer lookup, email-template recovery and cancellation handling. Stripe connection details now distinguish saved information from freshly verified card-payment capability, so a saved connection alone does not suggest payments are ready. These changes are built and tested in development; live release checks continue.

Invoices can find linked customers beyond the most recent 200 records
Retry template loading and failed cancellations without losing your place
Fresh Stripe capability checks, clearer recovery and authorization-error handling

October 15, 2026Getting started · In testing

More guidance for your first days in business

A new owner guide brings business-specific setup steps into the dashboard, with progress you can revisit and read-only examples to help explain everyday workflows. Readiness guidance makes it clearer what still needs review before using customer-facing tools.

Setup steps with direct links and progress saved in your browser
Practice examples without creating records, sending messages or taking payments
Clearer estimate and job guidance, plus payment-setup checks

October 15, 2026Workspace improvements · In testing

Less clutter and more confidence before you confirm

Workspace customization now uses clearer descriptions and permission-aware shortcuts, with unavailable tool cards removed from the chooser. Review screens explain selected actions before you confirm, and improved error handling makes recovery easier. Desktop, tablet and mobile checks have passed with simulated providers; broader launch verification remains in progress.

Simpler tool discovery and more useful workspace shortcuts
Review before cancelling estimates, jobs or invoices, creating job invoices, or deleting services
Support assignment fixes and clearer retry paths for interrupted actions

October 15, 2026

October 15, 2026Platform quality · Development update

More repeatable release checks and automation groundwork

We added a repeatable source-verification process and expanded dependency checks. A scheduled diagnostic ran and was paused after verification, while workspace-scoped automation dispatch gained additional checks. This does not enable unattended customer automations; scheduler authorization and broader release verification remain open.

Repeatable regression, backend, lint, type and production-build checks
Targeted dependency fixes and compatibility checks; security review continues
Diagnostic scheduling tested separately from customer workflows

October 4, 2026Analytics preview · In testing

Understand activation with opt-in business milestones

New analytics controls let workspace owners choose whether to collect supported setup and usage milestones. An administrative report groups activation by business archetype to help improve LIKAS. Collection is off by default, and this first version uses explicit collection rather than claiming continuous tracking.

Twelve supported milestones based on saved records
Owner opt-in, opt-out and deletion controls
Aggregate archetype reporting with demo and testing activity excluded

October 3, 2026Business profiles · In testing

One platform, configured around your business

A persistent Business Profile now captures how your business operates and feeds a central workspace configuration engine. Appointment, project/job, sales/pipeline, client/retainer and hybrid businesses receive different recommendations while sharing the same underlying customer and financial systems.

Business size, locations, team structure and customer relationships
Appointment, estimate, job, invoice and deposit preferences
Central recommendations for tools, terminology, workflows and setup

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Adaptive onboarding · In testing

Tell LIKAS how your business works

Onboarding now connects business-oriented questions to the saved Business Profile and workspace recommendations. Setup can resume after interruption, and existing profiles and explicit tool choices are preserved. A 2–4 minute setup remains a design goal awaiting ordinary-user verification.

Five business archetypes with editable operating preferences
Saved progress, validation and interrupted-setup recovery
Workspace-ready summary based on saved configuration

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Dashboard and navigation · In testing

A workspace that puts relevant work first

A shared dashboard system now presents different widget sets for appointment, job, pipeline and retainer businesses. Navigation follows the same business configuration while retaining permission and plan checks. Owners can save widget order and visibility, and discover additional permitted tools through Customize Workspace.

Business-specific widgets, quick actions and useful empty states
Saved widget visibility, ordering and restore-default controls
Shared desktop/mobile navigation and optional-tool discovery

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Templates and guidance · In testing

Start with familiar workflows and clearer language

Barber, salon, contractor, realtor and consultant/agency templates now configure existing LIKAS systems. Central terminology and progressive tool discovery help keep the initial workspace focused. Expandable guidance explains primary CRM, appointment, task and invoice workflows.

Relevant pipeline stages and setup recommendations
Shared terminology such as jobs, projects and deals
Feature explanations, concrete examples and next-step guidance

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Estimates and jobs · In testing

From an estimate to a job and invoice

Dedicated estimate and job tools now support priced drafts, operator-recorded customer approval, conversion into a job, scheduling, assignments and progress. An explicit action creates a linked invoice through the existing invoicing system. These workflows do not send estimates, collect signatures or charge customers automatically.

Calculated estimate totals and recorded approval notes
Job scheduling, assignments, status and dashboard widgets
Linked invoice drafts with duplicate-creation recovery

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Automation recommendations · In testing

Relevant automation suggestions, with you in control

Recommendations now use your Business Profile, enabled tools and workflows. Supported suggestions can lead to inactive drafts for review, while unsupported timing-dependent options explain their limits. Estimate and job events connect to the existing automation engine with retry and duplicate-event protections.

Recommendations for reminders, follow-ups, rebooking and review requests
Saved dismissal and restore controls; explicit approval before activation
Estimate/job lifecycle events; timed reminders still await a verified scheduler

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Sales demos · In testing

Business-specific demo workspaces

The Sales demo setup now offers barber, contractor, realtor and consultant examples, with archetype and plan selection. Authorized demo users can explicitly load fictional sample records into a restricted demo workspace. Full hosted Sales reset and isolation verification remain outstanding.

Sample contacts, appointments or jobs, pipelines, draft invoices and tasks
Simulated communication history without external messages or charges
Demo ownership checks and recovery from interrupted sample loading

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Workspace continuity · In testing

Adapt existing workspaces without starting over

Existing workspaces can review suggested Business Profiles while preserving saved tools and operational records. The implementation uses shared core entities rather than separate industry databases. Future AI read, draft and consequential actions also have documented permission and review boundaries.

Explicit profile adoption with existing tool choices preserved
Additive data changes and migration recovery guidance
Controlled AI interfaces documented; no autonomous execution added

October 3, 2026

October 3, 2026Access and reliability · Development update

Clearer Admin access and more reliable workspace recovery

We corrected customer-plan restrictions affecting verified platform Admin operations while retaining workspace relationship checks. Additional work strengthened demo transitions, workspace selection and expense recovery. Live Admin QA confirmed the status-cache correction; independent customer, storage and provider checks remain part of the release review.

Admin billing independence with role and workspace checks retained
More robust demo entry, exit and workspace-switch coordination
Private receipt handling added; end-to-end storage verification continues

October 1, 2026Invoicing preview · In testing

Create invoices alongside a live PDF preview

The existing invoice editor now pairs editing with a generated PDF preview on desktop, with Build and Preview modes for smaller screens. Document styles, paper sizes and payment terms can be adjusted without changing the underlying customer or payment records.

Signature and Minimal styles with A4 and US Letter options
Selectable-text PDFs with wrapped descriptions and automatic pagination
Retained drafts on save failure and retryable preview errors

October 1, 2026

October 1, 2026Onboarding redesign · In testing

A shorter path from business basics to your workspace

We simplified the earlier onboarding flow into focused business, services, customers, team and ready stages. Optional setup can wait, progress is saved, and interrupted setup can recover without displaying a false success. Later adaptive updates build on this foundation.

Optional services, customer entry and team setup
Payments, booking availability and integrations stay inactive until reviewed
Business-specific dashboard guidance instead of overlapping setup panels

October 1, 2026

October 1, 2026Team setup · In testing

Invite your team when you are ready

Eligible businesses can explicitly invite team members during setup or from the Team page. Invitations respect plan seats and the recipient's signed-in email, with expiry, revocation and delivery recovery. Provider failures remain visible and do not block dashboard entry.

Optional invitations with explicit email consent
Staff-only invitation access with seat and permission checks
Pending delivery and retry handling; live provider verification continues

October 1, 2026CRM preview · In testing

A CRM that fits the way your business works

The next LIKAS CRM is built around the relationships you already manage. Appointment-based businesses can focus on clients and rebooking, contractors can track inquiries and jobs, and real estate teams can use buyer and seller pipelines. The core upgrade is built and being tested before release.

Configurable modules, terminology, multiple pipelines and custom stages
Existing client records extended with companies, preferences, follow-ups and custom fields
Connected profiles, shared tasks, internal notes and a unified activity timeline

October 1, 2026

October 1, 2026Quality update · In testing

More reliable CRM workflows across desktop, tablet and mobile

We tested the new CRM in an isolated workspace, including client creation, editing and archiving, company associations, opportunity movement, notes and task completion. The checks led to clearer member names, better text contrast, improved navigation hitboxes and activity refreshes after task changes.

Paged client search, relationship pickers and activity history
Permission and workspace-isolation checks, with existing customer identities preserved
Recoverable activity delivery for companies, pipelines and opportunities; broader release checks continue

September 22, 2026Interface update

A faster, calmer LIKAS workspace navigation

The LIKAS workspace sidebar now stays compact while you work and expands smoothly when you need it, keeping more room available for the operating view without hiding the tools that matter.

Compact desktop navigation rail
Smooth hover and keyboard-focus expansion
Existing permissions, admin tools, and mobile navigation preserved

September 13, 2026Development update

Reviewed AI actions and event-based automations

LIKAS AI can help prepare work for review, while supported business events can run explicitly enabled automations. Approved message content is preserved, permissions are rechecked and uncertain delivery outcomes are held for review. Timed, delayed and inactivity-based workflows still require a verified scheduler.

Review AI email recipients and complete message content before confirming
Supported events connect to follow-up tasks, workspace notifications and configured customer actions
Automation approval, pause controls and run history; customer-facing actions remain opt-in

September 13, 2026

September 13, 2026Platform improvements

Stronger scheduling, tasks and communication recovery

We refined appointment permissions, scheduling validation, recoverable task workflows and customer access. Email and Social Hub delivery now have clearer review and recovery paths, helping teams distinguish an accepted send from an uncertain outcome without blindly sending again.

Appointment checks account for workspace access, working hours and business time zones
Customer and task history preserved through archive and recovery workflows
Clearer connection availability, retained drafts and safer handling of interrupted sends

September 13, 2026

September 13, 2026Workflow improvements

Forms, waitlists, packages and memberships gain clearer histories

Existing LIKAS tools now keep more of the context behind each action. Forms retain their requested questions and team-recorded answer revisions, waitlist entries preserve offer and booking history, and package and membership workflows retain reviewed terms and credit corrections.

Form validation and correction history; customer signatures and submission links remain unavailable
Waitlist closure and reopening with appointment-link checks and AI planning handoff
Reviewed package and membership credits, manual renewal and preserved balances; no automatic billing or payment collection
