Customers rarely tell you when they're ready to come back. They just… don't, until something else gets their attention. Catching the window matters.
Look at their usual rhythm
If a customer comes in every five weeks, week six is when a nudge is welcome — not week ten.
Watch for silence
A customer who was regular and suddenly isn't is the most important signal in your CRM. It usually means a competitor filled the gap.
Tie it to the service
Some services have natural return cycles (color, lashes, treatments). Let the service, not a guess, set the rebook window.
Let LIKAS flag it
Instead of reviewing every customer by hand, use rebooking opportunities to surface only the people worth reaching out to this week.
